FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: static load is applied to workpiece and longitudinal supply is transferred to it by means of static load hydraulic cylinder. Periodic pulse load is applied to rollers by means of striker bumping against waveguide, which are located in periodic pulse load hydraulic cylinder. The latter is located on stock of static load hydraulic cylinder in movable manner. Waveguide and striker are made in the form of bushings moving on stock of static load hydraulic cylinder. Rollers are installed in radial slots of matrix with possibility of radial return over-rolling at longitudinal movement of puncheon. Puncheon encloses the matrix, is rigidly attached to the waveguide and coaxially installed in the bandage opening and on the base by means of screw cylindrical compression springs. Stock of static load hydraulic cylinder is equipped with the clamping device for retention of processed workpiece. A drawing cylinder is made on the surface of the matrix opening.

EFFECT: enlarging manufacturing capabilities, increasing the depth of strengthened layer, and reducing the height of microroughnesses of processed surface.
