FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: radial-flow pump impeller vane 1 is defined by circle 3 of outer diameter Dod of impeller 2. Vane 1 has front and rear surfaces 4, 5 and rounded tail side 5. Arc 7 formed by rounding radius R is conjugated with exit section 6 of vane side 5 and limited by point 7 whereat side 4 meets circle 3 of outer diameter Dod. Aforesaid section 6 is formed by straight line 11 confined by point 12 of its contact with side 5 and point 13 of conjugation with arc 7. Point 14 of intersection of continuation of straight line 15 with circle 3 of impeller outer diameter Dod is located at the center of arc 16 of circle 4 with Dod between point 17 of its intersection with side 4 and point 18 of its intersection with continuation 19 of side 5 from point 12 of its contact with straight line. R is defined by relationship σod/2≥R≥σod/3, where σod is section 19 of circle Dod between aforesaid point 17 and aforesaid point 18 of its intersection with continuation 19 of side 5 from point 12 of its contact with straight line. In every point of arc 7 vane angle a formed by intersection of tangents 8 and 9 to surface of vane 1 and circle 10 increases with increase in diameter Dod .
EFFECT: improved characteristics increasing delivery, life and reliability, reduced vibrations.
