FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: system includes cooled section consisting of cooling zones with cooled elements, supply and discharge headers of cooling zones, tank, circulating pump, outlet pipelines, discharge headers, water make-up device, device for creation of increased gas pressure in tank, and heat exchanger. At that, system is equipped with common distributing header made of suction and pressure sections, service water pipeline of reserve purpose and discharge channels. Suction section of common distributing header is connected via suction main line to circulating pump and common supply pipeline with a tank. Pressure section of common distributing header is connected to pressure line, to supply headers of each cooling zone and to service water pipeline of reserve purpose. Discharge headers of each cooling zone are connected to drain channels and outlet pipelines with a tank. Tank is equipped with steam outlet connection pipe with shutoff valves installed on it.

EFFECT: use of invention allows improving reliability and cooling efficiency of melting facility.
