FIELD: metallurgy industry; blast furnace water cooling systems.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metallurgy, in particular, to the blast furnaces water cooling system. The system contains at least two vertical cooling sections, each of which is equipped with the gathering collector of the lower cooling section and the gathering collector of the upper cooling section. The gathering collector of the lower cooling section is connected by the pressure pipeline to the in-take collector of the upper cooling section, and the gathering collector of the upper cooling section is connected by the take-off main pipeline and the circulation pumps to the intake main pipeline. The system also is equipped with the expansion tank, the heat exchanger, the device for inlet of the water, the device for making the gas high pressure in the extension tank. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the blast furnace cooling and simplification of the blast furnace water cooling system design.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the blast furnace cooling and simplification of the blast furnace water cooling system design.
