FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: system includes cooled section consisting of cooling zones with cooled elements, supply and discharge headers of cooling zones, tank, circulating pump connected via suction pipeline to the tank and pressure pipeline with supply headers, outlet pipelines connected to discharge headers, water make-up device, device for creation of increased gas pressure in tank, and heat exchanger. At that, system is equipped with common distributing header connected to pressure pipeline and to supply headers, and discharge headers are connected to the tank via outlet pipelines the outlets of which are located above normal water level in the tank. Common distributing header is separated with shutoff valves into suction section and pressure section; at that, suction section is connected to circulating pump and tank, and pressure section is connected to pressure pipeline and to supply headers of each cooling zone. Tank is equipped with steam outlet connection pipe with shutoff valves installed on it.
EFFECT: use of invention allows improving reliability and cooling efficiency of melting facility.
