FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: system includes cooled section consisting of cooling zones with cooled elements, supply and discharge headers of cooling zones, tank, circulating pump, suction and pressure main pipelines, common supply pipeline, outlet pipelines connected to discharge headers, water make-up device, device for creation of increased gas pressure in tank, and heat exchanger. At that, system is equipped with common distributing header connected to pressure main pipeline and to supply headers, and discharge headers are connected to the tank via outlet pipelines the outlets of which are located above water level in the tank.
EFFECT: use of invention allows improving reliability and cooling efficiency of melting facility.
