FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for recycling poultry slaughtering and obtaining on its basis of valuable feed additive. Method for recycling poultry slaughtering lies in the fact that the poultry slaughter wastes are previously dehydrated to a moisture content of 60-65%, then subjected to low-temperature hydrolysis at t=45-55°C for 40-50 min in the presence of enzyme and coenzyme, then mixed with filler and extruded. Then they are cooled and transported to the storage, and while using the pneumatic vehicle the cooling is carried out in the process of transportation with cold air.
EFFECT: invention enables to facilitate the integrated recycling of poultry slaughtering waste with a decrease in energy costs and improve the quality of the final product.
