FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: poultry slaughtering wastes are preliminarily dehydrated till their moisture content is 60-65%, accumulated in deodorising reservoirs till the mass amount is sufficient for a single cauldron loading with enzymes added into the reservoir. Then the mass is delivered into the cauldron and hydrolysed at a 45-55°C temperature during 40-50 min. Then one performs sterilisation at a 135-140°C temperature during 0.5 h and vacuum drying combined with condensation of fluid vapours at a 80-100°C temperature during 4-5 h with two-stage steam supply regulation. The finished product is chilled with cold air on a belt chiller till the temperature is below 30°C and subjected to separation on a vibration sieve separator.
EFFECT: simplification of the process of poultry slaughtering wastes integrated processing with minimum energy intensity and improved quality of the finished product.
