SUBSTANCE: radiation diagnostics of viral, alcoholic, viral and alcoholic etiology of diffuse liver diseases both without progression and with progression. Conduct magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the spleen in the diffusion-weighted image (DWI). If the size of the spleen is normal and the signal is of high intensity, a conclusion is made about the viral etiology without progression. If the size of the spleen is enlarged and the signal is of high intensity, a conclusion is made about a viral etiology with progression. If the size of the spleen is normal and the signal is moderately intense, a conclusion is made about alcoholic etiology without progression. If the size of the spleen is enlarged and the signal is moderately intense, a conclusion is made about alcoholic etiology with progression. If the size of the spleen is normal and the signal is of low intensity, a conclusion is made about a viral and alcoholic etiology without progression. If the size of the spleen is enlarged and the signal is of low intensity, a conclusion is made about a viral and alcoholic etiology with progression.

EFFECT: determination of the etiology of diffuse liver diseases and progression of the process due to qualitative and quantitative MRI indicators.
