FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dusty gas cleaning and may be used in various industrial branches. Proposed filter comprises casing. Dusty air feed assembly is arranged on casing side. Cleaned air discharge assembly incorporates blower. Filtration element made up of filtration cloth has its top part suspended on movable frame suspended to casing top section and its bottom part secured to fixed frame. It features zigzag shape, its dusty and cleaned zones being isolated. Vibration regeneration assembly is made up of oscillating lever mechanism. The latter is equipped with controlled-speed drive connected pressure regulator and pressure difference pickup arranged on filtration element and connected to pressure regulator. Said blower incorporates controlled-speed drive connected with output of temperature regulator and temperature gauge arranged at filtration element air inlet and connected with temperature regulator. Temperature and pressure regulators incorporates comparison and setting units. Comparison unit is connected with input of electronic amplifier equipped with unit of nonlinear feedback circuit. Output of electronic amplifier is connected with input of magnetic amplifier with rectifier connected to regulators of displacement speed and rotational speed made up of the unit of powder electromagnetic couplings of the vibration regeneration drive and blower drive.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of air cleaning in adverse climatic environments.
