FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust collection techniques and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the cleaning of dusty gases, intended for indoor use. Sleeve filter with the regeneration system contains a housing with an expansion chamber in which a filter unit with sleeve-type filter elements is placed, a box for entering contaminated air, a hopper, a hopper in the form of mobile tanks, a system for the regeneration of filter elements, made in the form of a shaking frame with a vibrator. Temperature sensor is installed in the filter unit housing, in the dust collecting hopper there is an emergency dust level sensor, in the air outlet box there is a thermal automatic sensor detector, the outputs of which are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet. In the air outlet box there is a collector with injectors for connection to the fire extinguishing system, the control unit of which is connected to a common microprocessor, and the sleeve filter regeneration system contains a control unit, which is connected electronically to a common microprocessor and remote control panel for the unloading system and a water supply system in case of fire and a duplicate system of powder fire extinguishing. Each of the nozzles of the collector of the fire and explosion safety system contains a hollow cylindrical body, in the upper part of which an external thread is made for connection to the connection of the distribution pipeline for supplying liquid, and in the lower part of the body, an external thread is made for connection with a divergent vortex flow. Body has an inner cylindrical chamber which serves to supply liquid, in a cylindrical chamber, coaxially with it, a swirler is installed with a clearance relative to the inner side surface of the chamber. Vortex flow dissector is fixed to the body by means of a casing having an internal thread and made in the form of a ring to which two diametrically located vertical plates are attached, connected in the lower part by a horizontally arranged rod, in the middle of which there is a second swirler, made in the form of a disk with helical blades, covering with a gap a rod in its middle part and having rims at the edges in the form of disks located perpendicular to the rod. In the cylindrical chamber, a hollow conical swirler is coaxially installed with a gap with respect to the inner lateral surface of the chamber, made in the form of a conical surface with a screw through thread, the vertex of the conical surface of the hollow conical swirl is fixed to the end surface of the rod.
