FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust collection techniques and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the cleaning of dusty gases and is intended for indoor use. Bag filter with the regeneration system contains a housing with an expansion chamber in which a filter unit with bag-type filter elements, a box for entering contaminated air, a hopper, a collection hopper in the form of mobile tanks, a system for the regeneration of filter elements, made in the form of a shaking frame with a vibrator. In the case of the filter unit there is a temperature sensor, in the dust collector – an emergency dust level sensor, in the air outlet box – a thermal automatic sensor detector, whose outputs are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet. In the air outlet box there is a collector with injectors for connection to the fire extinguishing system, the control unit of which is connected to a common microprocessor. Bag filter regeneration system comprises a control unit which is connected electronically to a common microprocessor and remote control panel of the discharge system and a water supply system in the event of a fire and a duplicating powder fire extinguishing system. Each of the collector nozzles of the fire and explosion safety system is made with a spray disk. Nozzle comprises a cylindrical body with a fitting rigidly connected to a body coaxially disposed in the upper part of the body and having a cylindrical fluid input connected to a diffuser that is axisymmetric to the body and the fitting. In the lower part of the cylindrical hole, a hollow conical swirl is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler conical shell in its upper part, and the other end – in an annular groove made on the inner surface of a cylindrical hole. On the surface of the hollow cone swirler a screw thread is made. To the body, in its lower part, a sprayer is connected by means of at least three spokes located perpendicular to the axis of the body and made in the form of a solid disk.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process.
