SUBSTANCE: heat exchange fan (50) comprises a channel for supply air, providing for suction of external air and its blowing out into space inside a room, a channel for exhaust air providing for air suction in the room and its exhaust into external space, and many heat exchange elements (15A, 15B), which provide heat exchange between the external air passing along the supply air channel and are in the room passing along the exhaust air channel. Heat exchange elements (15A, 15B) are arranged in series from the external side to the internal side, efficient exchange of apparent heat is ensured in a heat exchange element (15A), arranged at the most external side, which is higher than efficiency of apparent heat exchange in a heat exchange element (15B), located at the internal side next to the heat exchange element (15A), located at the most external side, or hidden heat exchange efficiency is provided in the heat exchange element (15A), arranged at the most external side, which is lower than efficiency of hidden heat exchange in the heat exchange element (15B), located at the internal side next to the heat-exchange element (15A), located at the most external side, as a result of which condensation and ice formation is prevented on a heat exchange element at the external side.
