FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for measuring components of internal resistance of chemical current sources (CCS). Substance consists in the following: active and reactive components of CCS impedance are measured with alternating current using meander voltage. Additionally, parameters of transient processes initial stages are used which processes occur in CCS when it is connected to resistor. This makes possible to determine in alternating current mode the values of electrolyte ohmic resistance, active resistance of electric-chemical reactions and electric capacity of double electric layers as well as value of internal CCS value for direct current.

EFFECT: lager number of parameters being measured.
