FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in device implementing the ratio of Q=f(C,U,tcharge,k) and containing the measured chemical current source (CCS), key for circuit closure, capacitor of known capacity, key for reset of the capacitor charge, car charger, voltage divider with division factor k7=0.95, voltage divider with division factor k8=0.5, comparator, divider with controlled division factor, waiting generator (WG) 10, key for switching, counter of number of pulses, delay unit, GTI, digital-to-analogue converter (DAC), operating amplifier, which together with DAC and corresponding feedbacks represents digital-to-analogue voltage divider, key for closure with debouncing circuit, AND block, inverters, register, low-frequency filter and indicator, which are connected respectively. Functionally, the device consists of two units. One unit is connected directly to terminals of the measured CCS and includes key for closure and capacitor of known capacity. The rest elements of device are included in composition of the second unit.

EFFECT: improving reliability of device, reducing measurement error of CCS electric capacity and simplifying device design.
