SUBSTANCE: device includes two closing keys, capacitor of given capacity, automatic memory, bleeder with division factor k=0.95, comparator, analog-digital converter, microcontroller (MC), indication unit, measurement launch key, digital-to-analog converter. MC processes signal by the following formula: QEL = C • UCSC / [(tcharge - tcom) • 2k], where QEL is the capacity of the source of current under investigation, A·h; C is the capacity of capacitor charged, F; UCSC is the voltage at the source of current under investigation; V; tcharge is the time of capacitor charge by the source under investigation, s; tcom is the compensation time of capacitor charge time increase due to end values of leads and input switch resistance; k is a factor accounting for the constructive and technological features of the chemical source of current under investigation.
EFFECT: less error; faster measurement and simpler construction.
