FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: comparator circuit capable of comparing two input voltages, the circuit comprises the first inverter, to which the first input voltage arrives. Besides, the first inverter has a structure, in which a transistor of P-type and a transistor of N-type are connected in series between two supply wires, and the second inverter, to which the second input voltage arrives, besides, the second inverter ha a structure identical to the structure of the first inverter. Besides, at least one of the first and second inverters is formed by double-gate transistors, every of which has two gate contacts, and input voltage is supplied to one of the gate contacts of each double-gate transistor, and the other of the gate contacts is connected to the output of the other inverter.
EFFECT: invention provides for unresponsiveness of a comparator circuit to change of threshold voltages of transistors and fluctuation of voltage in the general mode of an input signal, high speed of comparator operation, high speed of realisation of a signal that arrives to the substrate by a display device, reduced signal lines connected to a substrate, and higher reliability of a display device.
