FIELD: display technology.
SUBSTANCE: protective circuit, a matrix substrate and a display panel are provided. Protective circuit includes: a control sub-circuit having a first end electrically connected to a voltage input terminal, and a second end configured to output a common voltage signal supplied from the voltage input terminal; and a discharge subcircuit having a first end electrically connected to the control subcircuit second end, and a second end electrically connected to at least one data line. Discharge subcircuit releases electric charges of at least one data line under control of the total voltage signal supplied from the control subcircuit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in preventing display failure of displaying a liquid crystal display panel.
