FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to estimate efficiency of diffuse mastopatia treatment. For this purpose by method of radiothermometry internal temperature in the region of mammary gland tissue of all segments of mammary glands 9 symmetric points. The average values of internal temperature of mammary glands tissue is taken as standard - individual norm for the given patient. After that, value of temperature of each segment is compared with the standard and value of its excess with respect to standard. The obtained value is used to determine segments with foci of hyperthermia. In the process of performed treatment examination is repeated. Obtained indices are used to make conclusion about presence or absence of changes in expression of dysfunctional processes in detected segments and its efficiency is estimated. If temperature in detected segments decreases by 0.3°C and more with respect to the standard, conclusion about reduction of expression of dysfunctional processes is made, performed therapy is estimated as efficient and treatment is continued until indices are stabilised. In case if no decrease or increase of temperature in detected segments with respect to the standard is observed, conclusion about absence of decrease or about increase of expression of dysfunctional processes is made and performed therapy is estimated as inefficient and its correction is performed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to objectivise estimation of treatment efficiency, to perform its control, optimises administration of adequate therapy, reduces the number of unjustified treatment schemes, containing hormonal medications, makes it possible to select the most optimal schemes of complex treatment.
