FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device with instrument for preparation and implementation of dental implant fixation contains template, which is applied on bone or surrounding it envelope, in particular on mucous membrane. Template or located in it first bush has through hollow. Hollow is made with possibility of introduction into it of instrument or, at least, part of instrument. On instrument second bush travelling on axis is located. Second bush in its main position is fixed on axis by means of self-released connecting elements with specified holding effort in such a way that in case if holding effort is exceeded, connecting elements can be self-released and second bush is capable of travel in axial direction on instrument. Instrument together with fixed on axis second bush can be introduced in through hollow and through external surface of second bush, corresponding to internal surface of hollow, direct and/or orient in template.
EFFECT: exact orientation of instrument and its simple control are achieved.
