SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry and aims at implant installation. An implant installation system contains a splint (4) with a drill hole (6) and designed for position specified implant (38) installation in a zone provided for installation in a bone and designed to be placed thereon, and besides containing a screwing instrument (36) for the implant (38). The splint (4) comprises or has a guide surface (52). The screwing instrument (36) has a head (40) whereto the implant (38) is coupled and which has an external surface (48) contacting with the guide surface (52). The screwing instrument (36) has a first limiter (58), and the splint (4) comprises or has another limiter (60) whereto the first limiter of the screwing instrument (36) adjoins at least indirectly when screwing the implant (38) in to preset a fit depth. Another terminator (60) is located in a lower bottom end area turned to the bone inside the drill hole (6) of the splint (4). In the system with the implants (38) having different external diametres, the guide surfaces (52) provided in the splint (4) are matched, and in each case for the implants (38), the drill instruments matched in external dimensions are used.
