FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement and testing equipment, and is designed to certify dry powder fire extinguishing systems on board of a vehicle. A sensor head for a dry powder reagent comprises a body having a longitudinal axis, along which light spreads, at the same time there are several windows in the body, which are aligned across the specified axis and communicate with a measurement volume passing along the specified axis. The size of each specified windows taken along the longitudinal axis is less than the window size in the cross direction taken around the specified axis. Inside the specified window there is a mirror designed to reflect light passing via the measurement volume.
EFFECT: making it possible to measure concentration of an extinguishing reagent in an aerosol cloud, and also supports calibration in process of certification testing of a dry powder fire extinguishing system, which is ensured by the following:.
