FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. A system consists of the following elements: a) module for sample preparing, made with the ability to trap analyte in a non-microliquid volume on a trapping particle, responding to the magnetic field, and direction of the trapping particle bound with the analyte, responding to the magnetic field, through the first microliquid channel; b) reaction module, which includes a reaction chamber, which has liquid communication with the first microliquid channel and made with a possibility to immobilise the trapping particle bound with the analyte, responding to the magnetic field, and carrying out the reaction of amplification of a multitude of analyte STR-markers. The module for sample preparing and the reaction module are integrated into a disposable cartridge, which consists of: 1) at least one combination of liquid chambers, 2) a board with reagents or a cartridge with reagents and 3) one or more than one pneumatically activated MOVe-valve; c) an analysis module. The system is configured for trapping the analyte, for carrying out a chemical or biochemical reaction with the analyte and for carrying out the analysis of a reaction product for less than 4 hours. Transfer of flowing means, resistant to leaks, is realised due to the application of MOVe-valves in the said system, a possibility to reduce dimensions of the device for sample preparation appears.

EFFECT: application of the claimed system makes it possible to select target organisms from samples with a large amount of background admixtures, differentiate two different strains of bacteria, trap cells and toxins in an effective way, and considerably reduce the volume of the target sample.
