FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to materials intended for production of billets from nickel powder materials. It may be used to make oxidation-resistant parts operated at heavy loads. Heat-resistant alloy powder is filled in capsule. Capsule height-to-diameter ratio makes 2.5:1. Capsule content is subjected to shaking, hot isothermal compaction and liquid-phase sintering with curing, cooling and hot deformation. Liquid-phase sintering is carried out at temperatures of (Ts-TL), where Ts is solidus temperature, TL is liquidus temperature. Note here that billet cooling is is directly related to billet weight.
EFFECT: shorter process, higher mechanical properties.
