FIELD: metallurgy; production of articles working at temperatures above 600°C, gas-turbine engine disks in particular.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes vacuum induction melting for obtaining the feed of directive crystallization followed by homogenizing annealing, preliminary deformation at intermediate annealing, final deformation and heat treatment. Homogenizing annealing is performed at five stages and preliminary deformation is performed at temperature which is below temperature of complete dissolving of γ-phase by 55-95°C at rate of ε=1-5X10-2 c-1.
EFFECT: stable and homogeneous level of articles of gas-turbine engine hot duct; considerable reduction of deformation effort.
