SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive seat, particularly, truck cabin seat. Truck seat comprises clipper-like carcass 2, seat frame 10 pivoted thereto and backrest 20. Said backrest is arranged on seat frame 10. In emergent conditions, driving torque acts on seat frame via backrest. Clipper-like carcass 3 has first catching element 31 while frame 10 comprises second catching element 32. Said catching elements are spaced apart under normal conditions with no interaction there between, but, in emergency, they approach to interact on creating further path for power flow. Lengthwise opening, or like opening, or recess, is made in seat frame 10 or carcass 3. Edge zone of said frame 10 or carcass 3 edging said lengthwise opening, or like opening, or recess, makes said catching elements 31, 32.
EFFECT: higher safety.
