FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at improving design of connecting rod-and-piston group and vibroacoustic characteristics of internal combustion engines. Proposed connecting rod-and-piston group includes connecting rod, piston, piston pin forming mechanical pair. Device to provide reduction of vibratory activity of engine is arranged between pin-piston-connecting rod assembly. Said device is made up of left springs assembled into pack. Plate packs are installed in hole of connecting rod small end. Owing to elastic deformation of plate pack and damping, shocks of cylinder-piston group in operation of engine, are considerably reduced and noise and vibration of engine in operation are decreased.
EFFECT: improved vibroacoustic characteristics of engine.
