SUBSTANCE: heat radiator comprises a vessel with a cavity made in the form of a regular cylinder from a heat-resistant material with polished inner surface and end surfaces of a cylinder and with a slot made along the axis of the vessel rotation, a heater on the external surface of the vessel, a drum on a shaft installed on the axis of the cylinder rotation, a pipe with a flat draw die arranged in the vessel slot to supply a paste-like material through it to a drum, a pipe to remove products of disintegration and synthesis products and to develop low vacuum, a scraper fixed in the vessel to separate slag from the drum surface and a slag hopper-accumulator.
EFFECT: invention provides for dramatic efficiency rise in using the primary thermal flow.
