FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: thermal radiator contains heater at outside surface and body frame consisting of two parts; one part is made of heat-proof material with polished inner surface and heaters located along the whole outside surface. The other part of body frame has also polished inner surface and contains pipes inserted one into another and namely: pipe for material delivery to the centre of globe, pipe for slag removal, pipe for decomposition and synthesis products and pipe for low vacuum creation at that area of material heating is located in the centre of globe.

EFFECT: invention allows reduction of energy consumption and improvement of system efficiency factor.
