FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus consists of a housing 1 with a cavity 2 and a surface 4 heater 3. The cavity 2 is in form of a right cylinder with a groove 5 along the axis of rotation 6. The housing 1 is made from heat-resistant material with a polished inner surface 7 and has in the groove 5 a tube 8 for feeding oil wastes 9 through a flat die 10 on a drum 11 on a shaft 12 on the axis of rotation 6 of the cylinder. On both ends 13 of the drum 11, there are two discs 14, having high electric potential difference. In the groove 5 of the housing 1 there is a tube 15 for removing pyrolysis gas 16 products and creating a low vacuum. The housing 1 also has a window 17 for removing slag 18. The end surfaces 19 of the cavity 2 of the cylinder in the housing 1 are polished. On the surface of the drum 11 on both discs 14 there is a scraper 20, which is rigidly mounted inside the housing 1.
EFFECT: high efficiency of using primary energy flux of a radiator.
