SUBSTANCE: direct current switching regulator consists of transistor regulator, output LDC-filter at that transistor regulator is based on MIS-transistor of p-channel-type; narrow negative pulse generator, Schmitt trigger circuit; additional power supply unit with negative voltage polarity in regard to positive input pin and its outputs are connected to power supply buses of pulse generator, Schmitt trigger circuit and driver; reference-voltage source which output is connected to uncomplemented input of difference amplifier which complemented input is connected to output voltage divider while output of difference amplifier is connected to input of Schmitt trigger circuit.

EFFECT: improvement of reliability and decrease in dimensions and weight.
