SUBSTANCE: in a procedure of handover by a mobile station (UE) from a cell controlled by a basic radio station (NB) in a UTRAN scheme, into a cell controlled by a basic radio station (eNB) in an E-UTRA scheme, a switching centre (MME) of the E-UTRA scheme receives from the basic radio station (eNB) of the E-UTRA scheme a message to confirm a handover request, including a container of information carryover, which holds a logic to support the security level AS, used in communication between the mobile station (UE) and the basic radio station (eNB) of the E-UTRA scheme; and the switching centre (MME) of the E-UTRA scheme sends to the switching centre (SGSN) of the UTRA scheme an element PDU of a NAS level, comprising the information carryover container, the logic to support security of the NAS level and a parameter of the procedure to support security of the NAS level.

EFFECT: increased noise immunity when switching communication between cells.
