SUBSTANCE: when UE is camped in a system using an LTE scheme, the EMM module is configured to transmit a service request signal including CSFB information to an MME exchange device; the MME exchange device is configured to transmit setup information including CSFB information to an eNB wireless communication base station in response to the service request signal transmitted by the EMM module; the eNB wireless communication base station is configured to transmit, to an AS module, instruction information instructing to select a cell in a system using a WCDMA/GSM scheme in response to the setup information transmitted by the MME exchange device; the AS module is configured to select the cell in the system using a WCDMA/GSM scheme in accordance with the instruction information transmitted by the eNB wireless communication base station; and the MM module is configured to set up channel switched communication via the cell in the system using a WCDMA/GSM scheme selected by the AS module.

EFFECT: providing a mobile communication method, a mobile station and a wireless access network device, which facilitate channel switched communication even when the mobile station is camped in a system using an LTE standard scheme.
