SUBSTANCE: mobile communication method in which a mobile station performs communication through a first connection between the mobile station and a base station and a second connection between the base station and a switching centre using a first protocol functional node and a second protocol functional node, method comprising: a step of transmitting, from the first protocol functional node to a second cell-controlling base station, a reconnection request after determining breakdown of the radio link in the first connection set up between the first protocol functional node and the first base station; a step of transmitting, from the second base station to the first protocol functional node, a reconnection denial when the second base station receives a reconnection request; and a step of transmitting, from the second protocol functional node, a service request when the first protocol functional node receives a reconnection denial.
EFFECT: high reliability of a UE mobile station receiving an input signal by performing a reconnection procedure.
