SUBSTANCE: method to transfer voice with circuit switching along packet-switched networks, comprising stages, at which: the first packet is received, outgoing from the access terminal; transfer of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) is identified, in which the first packet is received; a delay value is confirmed on the basis of at least partially identified HARQ transfer, in which the first packet has been accepted, and this delay value is applied to the first packet prior to sending the first packet into a basic packet-switched network; and a periodical time interval is established on the basis of at least partially the delay value, in which the subsequent packets outgoing from the access terminal are to be transferred.
