FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for deratization and can be used in agriculture and in household use. The trap for rodents comprises a capacity to collect rodents and a tilter. The tilter is designed as a bridge and a plate connected with the bridge and with bait at its ends. The bridge is supported with its ends to the edges of the container. The plate with the bait crosses over the bridge and is curved toward the bottom of the container. The center of gravity of the plate with the bait is located below the horizontal plane where points of support of the bridge on the edges of the container are located. The bridge is designed as two connected plate elements. The tilter is equipped with a locking element made in the form of a plate. The locking element has tangs curved on both sides, forming oppositely directed grooves. In the grooves the plate elements of the bridge are located with an ability of movement and fixation to each other. Between the plate elements and the locking element a plate with the bait is located.

EFFECT: simplified construction is achieved, improving the manufacturability of assembly, increasing trapping efficiency and ease of use.
