FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtration. Proposed method comprises continuous bleeding of unstrained solution flow portion from primary flow. Primary flow is directed to filtration. Pressure of bled unstrained portion is increased to be used as working fluid in jet pump. Suspension of auxiliary filtration substance is forced into primary flow of unstrained solution. Proposed device additionally comprises bypass pipeline, pressure gage, first and second shutoff valves. Pump gun is made up of high-pressure pump and jet pump arranged on bypass pipeline. Jet pump suction union communicates via control valve with tank containing aforesaid suspension. High-pressure pump delivery union communicates with jet pump union of working fluid. Jet pump delivery union communicates via first shutoff vale with primary pipeline. High-pressure pump suction union communicates via second shutoff valve with primary pipeline. Pressure gage is arranged between high-pressure pump outlet and jet pump working fluid union.
EFFECT: longer filtration, improved filter capacity.
