FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to bench equipment for testing of separation devices of multiphase media and can be used for investigation of separation processes in various industries, including testing of downhole device for treatment of formation fluid. Proposed method comprises measuring flow rates in fluid and gas feed lines at separator inlet, feed of mechanical impurities at pump outlet, separation of mechanical impurities in separator and discharge of flow from separator into fluid storage tank via filter element. Mechanical impurities are used, which are retained by the filtering element, mechanical impurities are preloaded directly into the supply pipeline, measuring the liquid supply by the flow meter, performing the prepared multiphase mixture supply into the sealed casing, inside which the upper part of the separator is installed, separated mechanical impurities are collected in a standard container of suitable length, which is installed in the lower part of the separator.
EFFECT: improving accuracy of physical experiments for evaluation of efficiency of well separation devices.
