FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of processing liquid waste by pyrolysis and may be used for utilization of industrial wastes of organic origin. To achieve the technical result, a pyrolysis plant for the utilization of oil sludge containing pyrolysis reactor (1) with heaters (6), feed pump (8), heat exchanger (9), settler (10) and receiver (16) is proposed. According to the invention, the new one is that pyrolysis reactor (1) is structurally designed as two sections with a mutual wall with the possibility of independent operation either in the pyrolysis or regeneration mode. In this case, heaters (6) are located along the inner contour and in the center of the reactor in each section. In addition, the plant comprises pump (11) for the removal of liquid products, high-pressure fan (12) for the discharge of gaseous products, cyclones (13, 14) for cleaning the end products and gasholder (15).
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency and productivity of the pyrolysis process and is achieved by the possibility of alternate, independent operation of the pyrolysis reactor sections in two modes (pyrolysis and regeneration), and also structurally located heaters, which ensure a more uniform heating of the raw material.
