FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: compression and decompression control system includes a belt designed for wrapping around a certain area of the user limb and application of a compression force to this particular area; a controller for the compression force applied to the particular area with the belt; an element to maintain the shape, intended to maintain the belt wrapped around the particular area in the form of loop; a gas chamber formed on the belt, and a pressure control unit that supplies gas into the gas chamber or removes of gas from the gas chamber via a specific tube. The controller adjusts the compression force exerted by the belt, providing alternate repeating of the compression operation consisting in compression force application to a particular area, and decompression operations consisting in complete removal of the compression force applied to the particular area as a result of compression operation. As the compression operation is repeated many times, the controller sets the compression strength at each compression operation higher than the corresponding compression strength of the immediately preceding compression operation. As a result of pressure adjustment unit control exercised by the controller, compression operation and decompression operation are performed. A method for control system manafement, a method for blood vessel strengthening and an alternative embodiment of the compression and decompression control system are disclosed.
