FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to precise mechanical engineering, namely, to device of precision displacement exploiting compressed gas lubrication with compensation of aerostatic forces by magnetic attraction. Proposed device comprises angular guide 1 and carriage 2 arranged with clearances 3 and 5 there between. Said carriage is provided with restrictors 5 and 6 made up of gages holes, slots or porous permeable inserts whereto compressed gas is fed from external source via channels 7 and 8. Inner part of two-sided angle formed by said clearances is cut at 45°. Carriage 2 incorporates permanent magnet 9 with pole tips made from magnetically soft material 10 and 11. Guide 1 accommodates insert from magnetically soft material 12 arranged opposite pole tips 10 and 11. In compliance with second version, proposed device comprises restrictors arranged in two lines along displacement line in symmetry about medium line of carriage planes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and precision, simplified design, lower material input.
