FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: anti-vibration system for machine-tools contains at least four vibration dampers and platform, on which vibration-isolating machine-tool is mounted and which rests on two vertically arranged vibration dampers and damping element arranged under platform. Vibration dampers have different stiffness and they are connected to supporting members of equipment. One vibration damper is installed over a free end of the platform and with another end it is attached to a lever which has L-shaped section in vertical plane and "П"-shaped section in horizontal plane. Each vibration damper has cavities formed by flat elastic coaxially arranged inner and outer rings with central hole, they are arranged in parallel horizontal planes rigidly interconnected by means of at least two elastic members. These cavities are filled with elastically damping mesh element. Mesh element is made from screen carcass covered with elastomer, for example polyutherane.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of anti-vibration in resonance mode and simplification of design and assembly.
