FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a metal case and a control. The metal case represented in the form of a hollow cylinder from an end portion of which there is a rigidly fixed coaxial long-length hollow tube. Its cavity comprises a long-length fit rod as the control reciprocating inside the tube cavity. The device is fixed in a working position outside of a nose of the cylindrical case integrated with a flange with a nut resting against it to connect the device and a return valve union of a sealed cavity. A annular relieved portion of an external surface of the case comprises a ring elastic circular-section gasket overlapping a gap between an internal surface of the union of the sealed cavity and an external surface of the nose of the case. The nose of the case comes into an opening cavity of the return valve sealed to be opened when achieving an extreme position.

EFFECT: enabled smoother gas exchange control between the sealed cavity and an external medium ensured by maintained preset degree of packer releasing of the sealed cavity, as well as compensation of the operational gas impoverishment.
