FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises metal composite hollow cylinder case with front diameter smaller than that of end part, adjusting element made up of pack of porous membrane elements. Every element is fitted inside case end by means of elastic seal rings arranged between every membrane element to make total dynamic resistance of said pack equal to preset depressurisation of sealed chamber. Membrane elements may displace in case end chamber. Pack of membrane is clamped by pressure plates. Said plates are arranged between pressure nut and aforesaid pack. Said membrane elements are made from porous metal of nickel group, or from nonmetal, say, ceramic material. Flange is arranged outside of nose section to support nut for jointing with check valve union of tight chamber. Elastic round-cross-section seal ring is fitted in annular groove of nose outside part.
EFFECT: simplified design, accurate gas exchange regulation.
