FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and is intended for use in process control systems to ensure gas exchange of sealed volumes with ambient medium. Device for releasing gas from a high-pressure vessel comprises a metal hollow housing with inlet and outlet channels tightly connected to the vessel, a seat and a metal shutoff member with a threaded drive element installed in the inner cavity of the housing, wherein the shutoff member is installed in the cavity of the housing with the possibility of reciprocating movement in the axial direction and is made in the form of a rod having an end conical part facing the inlet channel, the outer surface of which is the mating surface of the conical seat of the housing, and cylindrical part with external thread, on which threaded drive element is screwed. Conical part of the stock has the shape of a truncated cone diverging towards the inlet channel. Cylindrical part of the rod is equipped with two groups of O-rings located at a distance from each other. One group of rings is installed in close proximity to the conical part of the rod, and the second group of rings is located behind the outlet channel of the body at any position of the rod. Inlet channel has longitudinal grooves, and the rod is equipped with a stop. Housing is made up of a main part and a detachable part hermetically attached to it, in the cavity of which a drive element is placed.

EFFECT: high reliability of the device while ensuring environmental safety when bleeding gas containing harmful substances, such as chemical and biological substances.
