FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: adjustment device includes a metal hollow housing, a movable throttling element and an adjustment element. Metal cylindrical hollow housing consists of a front part with an inner cavity of circular cross-section and an end part with a cavity of conical cross-section, which is continued to a cavity of circulation cross-section, which is interconnected with the first one. A micrometric thread is made on extreme side surface of the housing end part. A throttling element moving back-and-forth in the housing cavity is made in the form of a stock and consists of a front conical part constituting a mating part of conical part of the housing, the surfaces of which are lapped, and a cylindrical part. A micrometric thread is made on outer cylindrical surface of the stock. On it there screwed in-series on the stock end is a guide nut, a locking nut and a cylindrical head made as an integral part of it. Cylindrical head together with locking nut performs the function of an adjustment element of the throttling element. In the middle of side surface of the housing end part there symmetrically made are four cylindrical holes for connection of an inner cavity of the throttling element to environment. A flange is made outside the housing front part as an integral part of it. There is a nut for connection to a nozzle of a check valve of sealed volume. An annular elastic seal is located in annular groove of outer surface of front part of cylindrical housing.
EFFECT: simplifying the design and providing more accurate control of gas exchange by maintaining controlled and adjusted specified degree of depressurisation of sealed volume.
