FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: selective detector of microwave power comprising a dielectric substrate, a sensitive element placed in the field of a permanent magnet and a semiconductor element, at the same time the sensitive element is arranged in the form of a disc from a composite with the composition - a ferrite - a ferroelectric - a planar semiconductor diode, besides, circular polarisation of a magnetic microwave field is created with stripline stubs with length of λ/2 and λ/4, at the same time the magnetising resonant field is created with a permanent magnet in the form of a disc attached at the rear side of the circuit board, and on the substrate there are separating capacitors installed, as well as low pass filters, and also buses of control and output signals.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of detector frequency tuning.
