SUBSTANCE: image processing system comprises a microprocessor with Random Access Memory and Ready-Only Memory connected to its backbone buses and data interchange processor connected to its input-output; a matrix arithmetic processor is additionally connected to the backbone buses, control input of which is also system input; interrupt inputs and outputs are connected to interrupt inputs and outputs of the microprocessor; and the first and second frequency outputs are connected to microprocessor frequency inputs and interchange processor frequency inputs, input-output of which is the system input-output.

EFFECT: functionality expansion due to selecting master generator frequency according to current operation speed of elements and device in whole.
