FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to surgical colo-proctology and can be used for treatment of patients after distal resection of rectum by transposition of ascendocecal complex into minor pelvis and formation of anastomosis on the place of Bauhin's valve at the right angle. Ascedocecal complex is formed by intersection of ascending colon and excision of ileum. After appendectomy, destruction of ileocecal valve and axial reversion of ascendocecal complex, apparatus descendo-(colo, sigmo)-cecal anastomosis id formed on the place of Bauhin's valve, approaching axis of matched parts of intestine to the right angle.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to simultaneously restore large intestine continuity without mobilisation of functionally essential right and left curves of colon, form areflux anastomosis, preserve natural direction of passage of intestine contents.
