SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative gynecology. During laparoscopy commisures are separated in patients with application of bipolar scissors. Ovaries are sewn to anterior abdominal wall. Anterior abdominal wall is sewn with prolene thread by means of straight needle under laparoscopic control. After that ovaries are sewn with one suture with their further puncturing out through anterior abdominal wall. By means of laparoscope degree of knot tension, required for normal location of ovary and its pulling towards anterior abdominal wall are controlled by means of laparoscope. Organs of pelvis minor are processed with 0.5% water solution of methylene. About 10 ml of solution are left in Douglas cul-de-sac. Ligature is removed after 3-4 days. In the particular case after 2 days after carrying out laparoscopy patients are administered intake of quercetin in dose 1 capsule 2 times per day during a month during meal, as well as vobenzyme in dose 5 tablets 3 times per day inside, 30 min before meal during a month.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate negative impact of merthylene blue on lutein cells of ovary due to elimination of contact of solution with ovaries.
